This policy explains what data QuorumBook collects and how we use it.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide, secure and support the Service and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use Customer Content to train AI models.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and encrypted storage in the United States), AssemblyAI (speech-to-text), Anthropic (drafting minutes, processed in the United States), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Each processes data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Public directory data

To save setup time, QuorumBook may suggest board members’ names and titles from public government directories (for example, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s directory of local officials). You confirm or change them before they are used.

Retention

You control how long recordings and records are kept. Recordings you delete are removed from active storage immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Public records

Recordings and minutes of public meetings may be public records under your state’s law. Responding to records requests remains your organization’s responsibility; QuorumBook lets you export your records at any time.

Your choices

Account owners may access, correct, export or delete their data by contacting us or using the in-app tools.
